RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original resalable condition.

RETURN SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Additional Condition (Shipping & Replacement Timeline)
If the item delivered is damaged or incorrect, it must first be returned to our warehouse for verification. Once received and inspected, a replacement product will be dispatched.
• Domestic Orders: Replacement and exchange delivery will be completed within 5–7 working days.
• International Orders: Replacement and exchange delivery will be completed within 12–15 working days.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your refund request is approved (in case of defective/damaged items), the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after shipping. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be processed.
