RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Grey Exim, we aim to offer a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

NO RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered, as our products are specially crafted and often made to order. We request all customers to review product details, descriptions, and specifications thoroughly before placing an order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare case that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• You must share clear photographs or video proof of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.

• Our team will verify the issue, and if approved, initiate a replacement or refund process.

We reserve the right to deny any request if the product appears to have been used, washed, or if the claim falls outside our policy period.

Additional Condition (Shipping & Replacement Timeline)

If the item delivered is damaged or incorrect, it must first be returned to our warehouse for verification. Once received and inspected, a replacement product will be dispatched.
    •    Domestic Orders: Replacement and exchange delivery will be completed within 5–7 working days.
    •    International Orders: Replacement and exchange delivery will be completed within 12–15 working days.

To raise a complaint regarding a damaged item, please email us at info@greyexim.com with the subject line: Order Issue – Your Order Number

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your refund request is approved (in case of defective/damaged items), the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after shipping. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be processed.

Grey Exim reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of disputes related to product quality or shipment issues, we encourage open communication to find an agreeable resolution. Our customer service team can address any concerns and facilitate a satisfactory outcome.
