ORDERS & CONFIRMATION
Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract occur when we ship the product(s) to you. Grey Exim reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipping, especially in cases involving product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made at the time of order placement through secure online payment gateways such as PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or other options provided at checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Grey Exim is not liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure events or logistics issues beyond our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Grey Exim, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered, as our items are crafted with the utmost care and often made to order. Please ensure that you review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges are only possible in cases where the product received is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images and order number) so we can evaluate and address the issue.
