PRODUCT SAMPLING & APPROVAL

For bulk or custom orders, we provide samples of both fabrics for your review and approval before order confirmation. This allows you to assess product quality, design, colour, and texture before larger commitments.

STRICT MANUFACTURING STANDARDS

We follow stringent manufacturing processes for all our products—fabrics and scarves alike. Our experienced team monitors each stage of production, ensuring specifications, design accuracy, and finishing quality meet or exceed customer expectations.

QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROLS

Throughout the manufacturing process, our dedicated quality assurance team performs rigorous checks on:  

  • Scarves: Examining stitching, finishing, print quality, fabric feel, colour fastness, and packaging.  

  • Fabrics: Checking for consistency, print clarity, measurements, texture, and absence of defects.  

Inspection is performed before shipping to ensure every item matches our high-quality benchmarks.

TRANSPARENCY & COMMUNICATION

We believe in open communication. Before dispatch, we share detailed images and videos of both scarves and fabrics, spotlighting quality, craftsmanship, and packaging to build complete customer confidence.
